Privacy & Fair Play

This internal prediction game is organized for Simex Group employees only. Participation is free and no payment or purchase is required.

Each employee may participate only once. Management may also participate.

The first and last name used in the game must match the participant’s official ID, passport, or residence permit.

To run the game, the app stores your first name, last name, department, match predictions, points, and ranking. This information is used only to manage the prediction game, calculate the leaderboard, and determine the winners.

The data will be deleted after the tournament and after the prize process is completed, unless Simex needs to keep limited information for internal documentation.

The leaderboard, including participant names, departments, points, and ranking, is publicly visible to anyone who has access to the website link. Participants should only join if they agree that their name and ranking may be shown on the website.

Prize winners will be confirmed by Simex after all match results, points, and rankings have been reviewed.

Simex reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of misuse, duplicate entries, false names, non-employee participation, technical manipulation, or behavior that violates the spirit of fair play. In unclear cases, Simex may make a final decision.
